Stellaris resort world download free12/18/2023 ![]() Someone said it before but i have never used penal colony. does need more crime/deviancy reduction then normal empires. It seems as of right rather redundant, because you have a lot of secondary option to reduce crime. Slavers do have a higher need for a Penal Colony, as slaves do have less happiness (-30% Debuff). ![]() Commercial Zones, Fortress and some Residence can make the planet useful enough.Ĭrime depends on difficulty, amenities, housing, jobs, living standard (happiness) and total population (planet). ![]() I don't know the breakpoint when utilizing a planet as a resort world is useful, but as you can still use building slots it doesn't feel completly bad using a planet with meager districts. More Amenities gives more Happiness which turns into stability which turns into more +x% production on your planet. Resort Worlds gives every planet +15% Amenities - Amenities don't have bonus production the same as trade (exc. You are able to do that with Tomb Worlds (Resort Decision) - TheWorm granted me a planet. The intent, which I in no way claim to be able to follow, is that once you’ve made it into a Resort World, you *ignore* it, because what happens on Space Vegas ought to stay on Space Vegas. So basically you sacrifice one planet, one that you didn’t much want to use for anything much anyway, to get a bonus to all the other planets in your empire even if there’s an infinite number of them. (I don’t know if you can do it with Tomb Worlds.) And since you specifically can’t build Districts, it won’t hurt your Empire Size/Sprawl much. You can do it with any one shitty 20 percenter size 15 or 16 or 17, even if it has modifiers that lowers Habitability to 10% or 5% or worse. “In *exchange* for *not* being able to develop this planet, I will get a nice bonus to my *other* planets.” You’re making a *bargain* with the game simulation: ![]() A Resort World basically means that you choose to *sacrifice* a potentially valuable habitable planet, size 15+ (but hopefully not much larger). ![]()
